Mike "Lobos" Villalobos chose to arrange this track, however - he had hit some writer's block early on in the process. Several months later, I listened to his WIP and came up with several ideas for potential directions he could go with. Indeed, he took one and made it his own!

I didn't play anything on this track, I just contributed arrangement ideas for the bridge/solo (starting around 2:23)
